This programme is designed to mimic a dating show—but in real life, without the pressure of cameras hovering around. What I didn’t expect was that I’d end up making lifelong friends, from the very beginning to the end of the journey. There were a lot of emotions involved throughout the trip. Real-life feelings that usually unfold slowly during normal courtship were condensed into three intense, meaningful days. My only regret? The trip was far too short.

I was sleep deprived but for some magical reason, my heart was so full from this trip. As I was alone for the rest of my journey back to singapore, I had so much time to process all these experiences and here's what I realized what filled me up. This group, although all singles, has provided everyone with a safe space for the participants to be themselves. The conversations and the great company filled my heart. The craziest part was that we are still very much in touch with each other after the trip and I think I have found a new group of friends to hang out with from now.

Being in the Run 2 “friends’ edition” from 24-27 June 2025 opened up my world and eyes that there’s still genuine and real connections that could be formed in this crazy hectic rat race we live in! So glad this happened in Osaka, Japan — in an amazing Villa 33 that is 300KM away from Kansai airport, staying in a beautiful town of Kashikojima which I would never have planned to visit personally! Beautiful surprise!! 🥹 The well thought out itinerary organized and executed by the team, the food prepared by the Villa, with William & Saito San’s care and hospitality made our hearts very full by the end of the 4D3N stay! Truly an experience I felt very grateful for!

As an introvert, I was pleasantly surprised by how energized I was by the amazing group of people I met on this trip! I have no regrets going - the food was amazing, the activities were thoughtfully planned and there were so many chances to connect with people I never would’ve met in my everyday life. What stood out the most was how open-minded and welcoming everyone was. The group created such a safe, judgment-free space where I felt completely comfortable being myself. I’m so grateful to have found real friendships through this experience. If you’re on the fence about going, take the leap of faith! You never know what kind of blessings the universe has in store for you ✨

The whole trip felt like a uni orientation camp, but overseas—which made it even more enjoyable! It was incredibly fun meeting so many diverse, unique people I wouldn’t have crossed paths with or learned from if I hadn’t signed up. All of us came together for 4D3N, free from our usual worries, to make memories I’ll truly treasure for life. No regrets at all—in fact, I’m already trying to opt in for the next one!
